Monique Lafontaine Communications & Entertainment Law is a boutique law firm focusing on media and communications law. Principal Monique Lafontaine is an experienced communications and entertainment lawyer who has advised a broad range of communications and creative clients over the last 25 years. Her practice focuses on communications regulation and policy, program licensing and affiliation agreements, as well as a wide range of compliance matters. Monique recently served as Commissioner for Ontario at the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) for a five-year term, where she worked on a wide range of telecommunications, broadcasting, digital media and enforcement matters.
